Silve Xie explains Substrate and application-specific blockchain through the live broadcast
On 16 Oct, the founder and CEO of IPSE, Silver Xie shared his latest research with the community through a broadcast live. He said that It’s a great opportunity for IPSE to integrate with cross-chain technology to create a application-specific blockchain with the help of substrate framework and Polkadot network.
IPSE team completed 80% of the research on Substrate modules
The IPSE team is about to build a brand new application-specific blockchain based on Substrate, and the technical team has already started the study of the technology stack, and 80% of the research on Substrate modules has been completed. According to preliminary calculations, IPSE might use 90% of the modules.

While 2019 is coming to an end. The protocol Labs has released the Recapping IPFS in Q3 2019.To celebrate, they put together a very special issue looking back on all that the IPFS community has accomplished so far in 2019. From milestones like remixing our working group and shipping new releases, to the many awesome.
Announcing lotus, first alternate Filecoin implementation
The filecoin team officially announced lotus, the first alternate Filecoin implementation on the Blog. One of their most important goals is to make the Filecoin mainnet as secure and resilient as possible.
