IPSE Weekly 10

   Lui  |   2019-12-02

Welcome to the IPSE Weekly.

IPSE(InterPlanetary Search Engine) is a distributed search engine based on IPFS. IPSE helps users to quickly search files on the IPFS network and find the data they need. At the same time, anyone can add hash tags for files on the network to get token reward.TheInterPlanetary File System (IPFS) is a revolutionary hypermedia distribution protocol that will replace HTTP and build the next generation Internet from infrastructure. IPSE aims to provide safe and fast services and be the traffic portal for the next generation of the Internet, web 3.0.

Since the development of distributed technology and decentralized blockchain ecology is a large scope, we deliver the weekly digest by tracking the entire ecosystems.

Building IPSE 2.0 network with Substrate

Polkadot is a true multi-chain application environment where things like cross-chain registries and cross-chain computation are possible. IPSE 2.0 network will be upgraded as a Polkadot parachain. Right now the team is working on IPSE parachain development, a lot of configuration and optimization have been done in module processing.

>>About Substrate and Polkadot

Polkadot is a platform with low barriers to entry for flexible,Polkadot makes it easier than ever to create and connect decentralized applications, services, and institutions. Polkadot is built on Substrate,an open-source framework that helps you build your own blockchain. The founder of the Substrate and Polkadot is Dr. Gavin Wood, former CTO of Ethereum.

5. Community FAQ

Q: Is it too late to join the POST lockup reward plan?

A: Please go to official page to check out POST lockup reward details if you are interested.

Q: Does official IPSE wallet exist?

A: The official IPSE wallet will be released in the future, but most of the EOS wallets (Tokenpocket, Mathwallet, Bitpie, etc..) support POST. Recently, the EOS mainnet is busy, resources are rare, and you need to have sufficient resources(CPU/NET/RAM) for your wallet account when transferring POST. When you encounter insufficient resources, you can purchase EOS mortgage.

>>Third party resource leasing is also available,Guide: Download and install the latest version of Tokenpocket wallet, add wallet. The first way: Click on the “resource free” mode of “Lightning icon” in the upper right corner of the homepage to enter the purchase resource.Another way is to click “Home Resources” to enter , select "rental", click "iBank" to buy.Good luck.
