IPSE(InterPlanetary Search Engine) is a distributed search engine based on IPFS. IPSE helps users to quickly search files on the IPFS network and find the data they need. At the same time, anyone can add hash tags for files on the network to get token reward.TheInterPlanetary File System (IPFS) is a revolutionary hypermedia distribution protocol that will replace HTTP and build the next generation Internet from infrastructure. IPSE aims to provide safe and fast services and be the traffic portal for the next generation of the Internet,web 3.0.


Since the development of distributed technology and decentralized blockchain ecology is a large scope, we deliver the weekly digest by tracking the entire ecosystems.

Developing IPSE 2.0 network with Substrate

Currently, IPSE 2.0 network is being developed with Substrate framework to make a highly scalable cross-chain system is established through modular design. The module struct  is currently being optimized. The Module struct is the backbone of each Substrate runtime module. It wraps a set of useful functions and implementations which is either written by runtime developer or generated by the macros with Substrate. Including callable functions, Runtime storage, Offchainworker, etc.

Q: What is the difference between IPSE search and traditional web search?

A: IPSE is an IPFS-powered search engine that uses blockchain technology to protect user data security and search without ads. In addition, IPSE uses a token model to stimulate original content production. While traditional search engines rely on centralized servers, data lacks security at the bottom. The IPSE 2.0 network is currently being developed. For the design features of IPSE, please visit the project's official website.


How to make a POST transfer?

A: You can use popular EOS wallets to transfer or receive POST.You can choose to mortgage EOS or use resource leasing services when you encounter insufficient resources (such as CPU) problem.
